Property Manager Need various back office support, tracking rent payments, making reports etc.
Minimum Needed Skills:
1. Basic skills in manipulating Excell Reports
The following additional Experience is a plus:
2. office communication skills (e-mail, web, writing reports)
3. reading and understanding bank statements, property management reports, following up with phone calls
Most work done as independent contractors at your PC, must be equipped with:
1. PC properly configured for Microsoft Excel or Open Office
2. broad band connection
3. skype
